Terms of Service

Effective August 19, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mobilyte Launchpad (“Launchpad,” the “Service”), operated by Mobilyte (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Launchpad is business operations software for IV hydration and wellness practices. It includes operational intelligence (Dave), growth opportunity discovery, inventory forecasting, compliance monitoring, staff credential tracking, treatment workflows, patient education, and related tools.

Launchpad is business software. It is not medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for your professional judgment, your state board's guidance, or a healthcare attorney.

3. Subscription and Billing

Launchpad is offered at a limited-time founding rate of $29 per month, billed monthly in advance. There is no free trial; your subscription begins immediately on sign-up. Founding-rate pricing is promotional and may change for new subscribers in the future; we will notify you before any change to your rate.

Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period — your access continues through the end of the paid month and you will not be charged again.

Refunds: we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials, and for how you use outputs the Service prepares for you. Dave drafts and recommends; you review, approve, and remain responsible for what is sent, ordered, or changed in your business.

Compliance monitoring and alerts are informational aids. You remain responsible for your practice's compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, board rules, and professional requirements.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempting to access another account's data, no reverse engineering, and no use of the Service to provide services to third parties in a way that misrepresents its source.

6. Your Data

You own your practice and patient-related data. We use it only to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Mobilyte and protected by applicable law. Your logo, brand assets, and practice content remain yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobilyte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, lost patients, or compliance penalties — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
